L'appartamento Il Tramonto è situato nell'area sud-ovest di Villa Ettorina, ha entrata indipendente con un bel giardino fiorito e due grandi ulivi secolari, un posto auto privato ed un cortile, molto comodo per approfittare delle belle giornate estive.

• COME E' COMPOSTO L'APPARTAMENTO? La superficie interna è di circa 100mq e si divide in:

• AMPIA ZONA LIVING con AREA PRANZO E AREA TV • CUCINA A VISTA realizzata in muratura da un noto artigiano locale, con legno massello e marmi preziosi • CAMERA MATRIMONIALE con bagno privato • AREA SUITE con CAMERA MATRIMONIALE, disimpegno e bagno privato con maxi doccia e doppio lavabo • TERRAZZA ESTERNA CON BALCONE PERIMETRALE

• COSA C'E' A DISPOSIZIONE ?

La terrazza è attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, ha un'area riservata all'appartamento.

Il giardino è attrezzato con ombrellone e sedie da giardino nel periodo estivo.

• QUAL E' LA DURATA DEL SOGGIORNO? L'affitto standard è per soggiorni settimanali, di norma da sabato a sabato.

E' possibile variare la durata del soggiorno da un weekend, a più settimane o brevi soggiorni.

L'appartamento si adatta comodamente ad ogni esigenza: è possibile affittare anche soltanto una camera con il bagno. La zona living sarà a disposizione gratuitamente.

Le due camere di questo appartamento le abbiamo chiamate camera ARANCIO e camera PORPORA e sono disposte in modo da consentire la massima privacy e indipendenza agli ospiti.

• Si ACCETTANO ANIMALI?

Gli amici domestici a quattro zampe sono i benvenuti, è necessario comunicarne la presenza in fase di richiesta perchè a fine soggiorno è prevista una pulizia speciale per garantire sempre la massima igiene.

• QUANTO COSTA UN SOGGIORNO?

I prezzi si calcolano sempre di volta in volta in base alla durata del soggiorno e al numero di persone: il prezzo standard per una notte è a partire da € 60,00 a camera. il prezzo standard per una settimana è a partire da € 350,00 euro.

Il prezzo standard per un mese è a partire da 600,00 euro per l'appartamento con una camera.
