Description

The apartment is situated at the highest level of the apartment complex (but only two floors up from street level). The complex is located on a hillside overlooking the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman's Beach so offers SPECTACULAR sea and town views. To keep you comfortable, there is a portable air conditioning unit and fans.

The large "L" shaped balcony is excellent for sunbathing, dining, relaxing or sharing that romantic night on. The changing marine and beach activity ensuring you are kept constantly entertained.

The apartment has a large "L" shaped lounge area with floor to ceiling patio windows allowing maximum light and views. The terrace and apartment are south facing with an area on the terrace where you can achieve shade should you require it.

The complex itself incorporates a large outdoor swimming pool and family BBQ area.

Only 5 minutes walk away you find yourself in the quaint Old Town of Albufeira with its restaurants, bars and refurbished Fisherman's square offering full entertainment for adults and children alike. Car hire is not necessary as two large supermarkets are within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a smaller supermarket is within a 2-minutes stroll.

Salgados, Vilamoura, Pine Cliffs and Vila Sol golf courses are all within a 10- to 15 minute drive.

The location of this apartment with it's terrific views ensure you won't be disappointed.

Getting around

Walking to various locations within the old town is easy and, free of course. You will also find plentiful taxi's available to take you to your chosen location or buses, some taking you across the Algarve and others, from the main Bus Station can take you further afield into the Alentejo, Lisbon and O'Porto etc., There is a local tourist train operating to take you site-seeing around the area and main line trains are available from Ferrieras Train Station in Albufeira with a 2.5 hour journey into Lisbon and approx. 5 hours into O Porto.

“Not happy experience”

Response from the owner Dear Lhor It is with sadness that you have deemed to leave such a bad review and did not think, at any point of your holiday to contact me or the management team in Albufeira, for assistance during your stay. As we are all aware, August 2023 brought a heatwave to Europe overall of +42 temperatures, something everyone suffered from. Within the advert, it clearly states “there is a portable air conditioning unit and fans”. One fan was indeed not working (brought to my attention from the guests who stayed in the apartment after you), the fan was replaced the same day of their call to me! They did not report any issues with the Portable Air-Con Unit. With regards to the music from town, it is no secret that Albufeira (being a busy resort) is one which has bars open until the early hours of the morning. If googling the area prior to your booking, this would have become apparent and you could have chosen a quieter resort within the Algarve. With regards to cleaning of the apartment, you were not asked to clean it prior to your departure, it was only requested of you to “ ensure you dispose of all rubbish prior to your departure and leave the apartment in the same condition you found it on entry” meaning, in a respectable condition, hence why I have notices within the apartment, such as “No Smoking”, “please dispose of rubbish” etc., I would recommend if you have issues with any of the places you stay in, you contact the management immediately so they can do everything within their power to ensure your stay is a comfortable one. Nobody can help you if they don’t know there is a problem!

“Apartment with a view”

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week break in this amazing apartment. The apartment was clean on arrival and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, lovely pool area but we didn’t use as we prefer the beach, umbrellas for the beach were also in the apartment. The balcony was huge with sun loungers, table and chairs and a view to die for. The walk to the escalators down to the beach was minutes away, and lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. Communication with Philippa was excellent, we got her to book our airport transfers which were perfect. Amazing holiday and will return next year

“Fab apartment”

We stayed in apartment 450 Apartment do sol Cerro Branco for 8 nights and can only say it was the nicest apartment I've ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. The balcony itself was like an extra room. The views were out of this world. Without a doubt we will return here the first chance we get.
