The area is nestled in the dense green Golf Margara, formed by several four-family villas. A very tranquil setting in a prestigious Golf Club, also provided a landing strip for helicopters. The apartment is on the ground floor with private garden and private parking, opposite the house. Composed: PT / kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and dressing room for a total of 65 mg P-1 Taverna open space of 60 square windowed and with exit to the garden. Walk-in closet and bathroom autonomous predisposition II thermal, air conditioners, fully newly furnished well. The Club is within walking distance in 5 'to play golf, but also for lunch at a great restaurant or to make a rich and dolciosa breakfast bar. The surroundings are very interesting especially because constitute the "wine road" of Monferrato. Rolling hills and small towns that offer good food and good wine, as well as breathtaking views. For those who want to relax and a lovely holiday in the countryside, where you eat and drink as well, Monferrato is a great solution.
