Accommodations obtained from the restoration of part of an ancient 18th century olive oil mill that is part of an ancient villa in the hills that rise above the Versilia. 1 mile from a food shop, 6 km Camaiore (all kinds of shops, tennis, horseback riding), 15 km from the beaches of the Versilia, Lucca 18 km, a city famous for its ancient city walls, 25 km the renowned city of Forte dei Marmi (golf), 40 km Pisa, with its beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli and 90 km Florence. Beautiful views of the hills and the Apuan Alps with a glimpse of the sea. The accommodations are characterized by old materials that were used in their restoration (wooden ceiling beams, terracotta tiles). The apartments, cared for in every last detail, have a small private natural lawn as well as a shared outdoor area with garden furniture for outdoor dining. The two apartments can be made to communicate. Comfortable rooms with rustic-style furniture with antique elements. A secondary road passes near to the house. Parking. Central heating.
