Overlooking the turquoise waters of Mauritius' west coast, the OPEN SKY penthouse offers luxury and tranquility.
The penthouse boasts an exceptional setting. Its generous terrace opens on to the horizon, offering a 180-degree view on the ocean and of the majestic beauty of the legendary Morne mountain in the distance.
In the late afternoon, the sunset and sea breeze invite you to relax as you enjoy a glass of champagne in your private plunge pool.
This sleek and modern 186sqm penthouse offers abundant natural light and fantastic views over the beach and lagoon. From the entrance onward, the white flooring, walls and furniture impart an airy and relaxed atmosphere.
Inside, a pleasant living space opens on to a 86sqm part shaded terrace. This generous terrace is comfortably furnished with a seating area, an outdoor dining area and a plunge pool in which to cool off.
The kitchen is furnished with a table for 6 people and is fully equipped.
In addition to the private pool located on the penthouse terrace, the residence also boasts 2 larger pools in the garden and direct access to the beach.
The penthouse can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 luxurious and contemporary bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
