The mattresses com from a Québec FUTON factory.Is't a choice because it's good for the back and nobody has never complained that there were uncomfortable; The kitchen is fully equipped.No microwave is a deliberate choice and specified in the description of the house; We didn't know that the television was not working.We are sorry.You should have told us by mail and the problem would have been solved in the day. As for the bath towels, the house is a holidays house and not a hotel.There are a washing machine and a tumble-drier with washing powder. The previous tenants have all been very happy with the house Best regards JFB

Short drive to Quebec City. 5 minutes to downhill skiing. Cabin is well stocked. Nice fireplace. Cozy and cute.

How do damage deposits work?
