Palmhill is located on the edge of the small village Bantud in the southern part of Boracay. The object offers peace and privacy, something away from all noisy activities of white beach. Still is in only about 10 minutes on foot to reach the white beach, 5 minutes to the beach Tulubhan. You bring Tricyles day and night to any desired Ort.Palmhill is composed of a 2,000 m² of tropical, landscaped gardens, a large swimming pool (12 x 6 m) and 3 Gebäuden.Das whole area available only to you exclusively private. For rent 2 adjacent houses (3. Bungalow on request bookable). The houses are authentically with Cogon grass and created in a traditional Southeast Asian design. Yet they have all the modern conveniences. Bungalow1: Bali style: 60 square meters large, open living room, bar kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet. The Bali House features handmade large bamboo sofas that offer fantastic views of pool and garden. Bungalow 2: Oriental style: large living room, small kitchen, Oriental bath, terrace. The Oriental-inspired House has authentic furnishings from Morocco. Palmhill guarantees peace, privacy and tropical feeling in breathtaking scenery. The lighted pool, 12 x 6 m, a unique atmosphere conjures up in the evening together with garden lighting.

“Fantastic place, authentic Filipino experience”

We really enjoyed our stay at Palmhill. The villa was quite basic but had everything we needed. The gardens and swimming pool were beautiful. We felt very lucky to be there. The villa is a 10 min walk to the beach and there is a market place not far from the villa. The only downside is that it could be a bit of a culture shock with the surrounding area if you aren't used to filipino culture. We saw it as a positive though and really enjoyed getting to know our housekeeper and family. They were really friendly and even organised a boat trip for us. The owner Erich was friendly and attentive and gave clear instructions on how to meet with the housekeeper. This was a fun holiday and an adventure too. We really enjoyed it and would recommend staying there.

This place was excellent. Loved the pool. The hosts were a very nice german couple. We took small bikes to and from the mall. Works great :)

Response from the owner Wir sind dankbar für konstruktive Kritik, damit wir unseren Service und unsere Einrichtung für unsere Gäste verbessern können. Leider können wir diese Bewertung dafür nicht verwenden. Zum Thema Sicherheit möchten wir sagen, daß wir in den vergangenen Jahren nie Anlaß hatten, an der Sicherheit unseres Objektes zu zweifeln. Es gab nie irgendwelche negativen Vorkommnisse. Die Aussage, daß es hier unsicher sei, ist Mr. Hoovers unbegründete, subjektive Meinung. Mr. Hoover kannte die Lage von Palmhill genau, er fragte vorher nach den Koordinaten für google maps. Wenn er die Objektbeschreibung gelesen hat, wußte er auch, daß Palmhill in einem Dorf etwas abseits des White Beach liegt. Auf den Zustand der Straßen und deren Umgebung haben wir keinen Einfluß. Unser Haus bietet Roomservice, der Pool muß täglich gereinigt werden. Mr. Hoover kritisiert die Anwesenheit unseres Peronals. Unser Personal, ein Ehepaar, arbeitet nach Aussagen anderer Gäste zuverlässig, sauber und diskret. Wenn er unter Privatsphäre die Tatsache versteht, daß kein Personal den gemieteten Bereich betritt, hätte er uns das mitteilen können. Wir hätten das Personal sofort abgezogen. Im Compound befindet sich ein 3. Bungalow, der nicht bewohnt wird. Das Caretaker-Haus befindet sich außerhalb von Palmhill. Das Personal war vermutlich tagsüber in diesem 3. Bungalow beschäftigt, da wir dort die Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr usw. aufbewahren. Daß unsere Caretaker in diesem Bungalow, der nicht in Sichtweite der anderen Häuser liegt, gewohnt haben sollen, ist erfunden und nicht wahr. Alle unsere Zimmer haben Vorhänge, wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann, und sind, wenn sie geschlossen sind, von außen nicht einsehbar. Daß unser Personal Interesse haben sollte, durch die Fenster in die Zimmer zu sehen, ist lächerlich. Mr. Hoover war mit seiner philippinischen Freundin da. Vermutlich wollte diese Begleitung nicht einen Urlaub in Ruhe und Privatsphäre, wie ihn Mr. Hoover geplant hatte. Die Aufforderung an andere Gäste, unser Haus nicht zu buchen, hat mit einer Bewertung nichts zu tun. Dies ist keine Bewertung, sonderen eine Diffamierung. Wenn Mr. Hoover vor der Buchung die Objektbeschreibung gelesen und die Fotos angeschaut hätte, hätte er gewußt, was ihn erwartet. Weder in der Beschreibung noch auf den Fotos haben wir irgendetwas positiver dargestellt, als es in Wahrheit ist, im Gegenteil, 5 Punkte-Bewertungen von anderen Gästen können kein Zufall sein. Wir hoffen, daß sich künftige Gäste bei uns in Palmhill weiterhin wohlfühlen und sich nicht von dieser einen negativen Bewertung beeinflussen lassen.
