A stylish and contemporary three bedroom luxury apartment located on a private and intimate complex of just nine units, with a lovely shared swimming pool and just a few minutes walk from the centre of Moniga del Garda. This lovely Lake Garda apartment benefits from a 32sqm terrace overlooking the swimming pool making al fresco dining a real treat and also has its own small private garden leading directly to the pool area. As the 'top half' of a detached villa this property is fully independent and has its own entrances, offering a high degree of privacy. Finishings are of top quality and stylish, such as solid teak parquet floors in the bedrooms and oak beamed ceilings throughout.

Moniga is a lovely authentic Italian village and its centre is literally five minutes walk where there is a good selection of trattorias, pizzerias, bars and shops. There is also an imposing medieval castle and upmarket marina area on the lakefront. Close by, just ten minutes by car are the well known and... fashionable Lake Garda resorts of Desenzano and Salo, whilst Garda Golf is only a five minute drive

How do damage deposits work?
