Description

A fantastic luxury Andalusian style villa, with exclusive huge heated {optional} swimming pool and breathaking views of Fuengirola, the Mediteranean and the stunning surrounding mountains of Mijas.

The villa has everything you'll need for a great family holiday.

Inside there are 5 bedrooms consisting of 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with a set of bunk beds and a single bed in each. There is also a pull out sofa bed situated in the gymnasium. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there are 2 other bathrooms as well, along with a toilet downstairs.

There is a fully equipped games room. Complete with full sized pool table,fussball,darts board,large plasma tv with full sky television package and 2 pinball machines. We also have a TV system that has most countries of the world on it. So you can watch American, Danish,Dutch ,Finnish,French,German,Swedish and many more countries Television channels whilst staying at the villa.

There is also a fully equipped commercial grade gymnasium. Consisting of a treadmill, crosstrainer,and stepper. Along with a full weights station.

There is a modern kitchen with all the appliances, including an American style fridge freezer, 2 ovens, microwave, 5 ring hob and a dishwasher. And a seperate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge freezer.

The extensive modern open plan living and dining area benefits from large wall mounted plasma tv complete with sky tv and a dvd player. the living area moves into the outside living/dining terrace which is perfect for the al fresco summer evenings.

Outside in the lower garden there is a huge smimming pool measuring 14 metres by 8 metres equipped with sunbeds and sunshades. For those of you with small children, the pool has a keycode safety gate which can be used to deny acces to the pool area when needed.

On the middle level there is a BBQ area, adjacent to the outdoor living/dining area.

And in the upstairs terrace and garden there is a ping pong table and huge trampoline for the children, complete with full safety net.

The villa also has a large collection of equipment for everyone to enjoy themselves with in the garden and pool. With plenty of Bats and Balls, a volleyball net, water pistols and many other things, there is always plenty of things to do to keep you entertained.
