Magical place of peace and tranquility for the nature lovers. House in millstone perfectly isolated at the foot of a pond of 3 ha with a bit notable.Exceptional setting with barbecue and bowling green.The House comprises 5 rooms with:-on the ground floor a large living room and a central open fireplace monumental fireplace open on three sides (consumption of wood included in the rent) open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with bed of 140 cm.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 single beds of 90 + bathroom. and 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 cm

Possibility to walk apart from the days of hunting during the winter period.'No kill' fishing allowed.

Proximity of the Champenois vineyards (à 15 mn Max road) to organize a tour circuit custom around the Champagne.

Rental is possible map.Linens provided.

Animals prohibited;

Close to the pond that require a permanent supervision of low ages children.

“Lovely Stay in the countryside”

We had an amazing trip in April 2014. The cottage / House is located very close to lots of Champagne houses and close to Epernay. There is lots of space outside and perfect for Barbecuing and spending time outdoors. There is plenty of space to walk around the lake and forests. The host was very attentive and helpful and knowledgeable on the surrounding areas and champagne houses. There were 6 of us and a small baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a nice week to get away from it all. Thanks to Ricahrd for a lovely stay.
