Description

Comfortable apartment accommodation located on the ground floor of the estate for families up to eight people, which is ideal for two families or a larger family. It is located in the quiet and small village Puntera, which offers a relaxing atmosphere and a partial view of the sea a couple kilometers away.

Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the apartment, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch.

Guests can enjoy the use of well-maintained garden with a pool and a basement with fireplace ideal for grilling. There are two parking spaces within the plot and the pleasant host/owner living with his family on the floor above App Fran (separated entrance behind the house) at your service.

Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).

At the end as host and owner I have the desire and duty to show gratitude to the guests for choosing Apartment Fran Vacation therefore I always treat guests with one traditional Istrian dinner that I am preparing at the tavern.

Big house, with all equipment you need. Very nice owner who lives on the top floor. Owner gives good advise on locations to go to. Very clean house.

“New year's eve”

We spent the new year's eve in Puntera and had a nice time. The apartment is very spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are comfortable aswell as the bathrooms.

“Prachtige vacantie”

We hebben heerlijk genoten van zowel het appartement als van de eigenaar, die een zeer betrouwbare, gedienstige als aangename persoon is. Het appartement is gewoon schitterend: alles is erop en eraan.. Geen gesleur met lakens of handdoeken en badhandoeken, alles is er aanwezig en kraak schoon. Puntera heeft dan nog eens een prachtig uitzicht en is zeer central gelegen. Alle bezienswaardigheden liggen binnen een bereik van max 30km en de wegen zijn goed. Wij hebben zo'n goed verlof gehad dat wij volgend jaar opnieuw hetzelfde oord en appartement opzoeken. Een absolute aanrader.
