Guests enter Ride the Wave by walking from the driveway through the gate of the fenced backyard and entering the front door of this home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a spacious living room, beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room, half bathroom and the stairwell to the home's second floor. You will find the master bedroom (including its en suite bathroom) two guest bedrooms, one full bathroom and a laundry room with a full sized washing machine and dryer on the home's second floor. The third floor of the home features a bunk bedroom and seating area with large screen TV. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Ride the Wave is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. NO PETS ALLOWED. Non-Smoking, please! The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house at all times -- day or night -- is 9 people. These are causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times!
