Beautifully furnished four bedroom, three and one-half bath three-story townhome that is clean and tastefully decorated. Because it is a corner unit it has extra side windows making it bright and airy. It is located just as one enters Wildwood Square Condominiums, so it is closest to the beach and attractions, only three blocks to the beach, boardwalk, Morey’s Pier, and the Water Park. There is a two-car private garage, plus convenient on street parking located right next to the unit.
On the first floor is a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom. The second floor consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a peninsula that seats four and a dining area that seats eight, a powder room, full-size washer and dryer, and a large family room with queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with multiple channel Comcast cable, and a spacious, private deck. The third floor includes a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom and deck, a full bathroom in the hall that is shared by two bedrooms, one of which includes a queen bed and a private balcony, and the other has a full/twin duo bunkbed. (Sleeps ten people in total).

Huge, heated pool in gated Wildwood Square community surrounded by a beautiful garden courtyard and walking paths. Several BBQ grills on the property centrally located near the pool area. Security cameras throughout the development.
Families only; no senior week/prom, or no one under 25. Reservations signed for by parents/guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.
No pets, no smoking.
For your safety and convenience, please bring beach and bath towels and bed linens. Beach cart, beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and board games are provided
