Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage is a tranquil hidden oasis 1 bedroom cottage (sleeps 2) nestled in a tranquil valley setting just a 5 min drive to Perranporth beach(Dog friendly) , shops and amenities, 10 mins from St Agnes, it is also an excellent central location for exploring all of Cornwall.
This lovely rural /coastal retreat is ideal for those looking to relax and unwind. Set within its own grounds with wonderful views of the countryside and offering great walks from your front door, within walking distance of the Award winning Callestick Ice cream Farm, Healeys Cyder Farm and Zucchinis Italian restaurant.
Ventonvaise Orchard Cottage is semi-detached to the owners cottage , yet provides private and peaceful accommodation with its own private south facing garden and orchard with reclining sun loungers, patio furniture and BBQ , private driveway and ample private parking.
The cottage has bright and airy reverse accommodation to incorporate the glorious countryside views.
On entering the conservatory from the garden there is a sofa to relax, overlooking the garden, orchard and fields beyond .Great spot for bird and wildlife watching. Woodpeckers often visit the garden.
Dining table and chairs ,Washing machine and dishwasher also in the conservatory.
Door leads through to bright and airy modern fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave ,under counter fridge and separate under counter freezer. Lounge area with Flat screen 40 inch TV with DVD player , sky free sat, Sofa, coffee table , Freestanding fan.
Far reaching wonderful countryside views to front and back.
Stairs leading down to a spacious bedroom with king size bed, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe with drawers , dressing table and mirror. The bedroom has the luxury of underfloor heating.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a lovely modern bathroom with large rain head shower, toilet and sink with shaver light over, heated towel rail and again with the luxury of underfloor heating.
Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a small enclosed private courtyard.
Central heating, wi-fi , electric, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
Outside there is a hose for rinsing wetsuits etc.

“Beautiful little hideaway”
This cottage is set in a quiet rural area, completely out of the way. However, it is only a short drive to Perranporth and some of the many other beautiful beaches that Cornwall has to offer. Newquay is approximately 9 miles away. We arrived at the cottage after a pretty bad start to our day, but Sue had left out the goodies for Cream Teas and a bottle of Prosecco. There were flowers in a vase and the cottage had every amenity that we could want. It was all very clean and well thought out for guests. The grounds were very peaceful for a quiet relaxing break. A perfect escape for a couple wanting a quiet retreat. Many thanks

“Lovely cottage”
Orchards end cottage is ideally situated for most of the Cornish coast. We traveled no more than an hour and a half and got to alot of places including lands end. The cottage itself is set in peaceful surroundings and has everything in it to make your stay a home from home experience. It was very clean and had comfortable furnishings to relax on .Sue and Len are friendly and helpful, on hand if you need them but not intrusive at all. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking to stay in this part of Cornwall.

“Perfect place to stay”
Perfect place to stay. It’s a beautiful cottage perfect for a relaxed and peaceful holiday. Close to everything you need and the beach at Perranporth. Sue the host is absolutely lovely, there for anything you need but also leaves you to it to enjoy your week. 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful tranquil week away. Can’t wait to stay again.
