Stay at the heart of Sunny Isles in Marenas Beach Resort and Spa for a discounted rate! Enjoy the breathtaking beach and a relaxing day by the pool or jacuzzi. This Condo Hotel offers a 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, sofa bed, tv, valet parking, beach service, hot and wet sauna and balcony. Close proximity to South Beach, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, Lincoln Road, theaters, Heritage Park, grocery stores, nightclubs and world famous restaurants.

The suite had a 1 king size bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed/ queens size mattress in the living room. The suite has a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave.

Enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the balcony along with the 24 hr. state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, European style spa facilities, pool and 2 outside Jacuzzis. These are covered by the resort fee payable upon check in. Parking is by valet only and is optional.

Valet parking fee (self- parking is not available): $30 daily per car, per day.

Resort fee: not included in the price, to be paid upon arrival at front desk, $25 +13% tax daily

Administration fee: $10 daily

Must be 21 or older to check-in.

The resort fee will give you access to hotel amenities such as the pool, the gym, the spa, the restaurants, sauna, hot tub etc.

All accommodations feature a private balcony, cable TV, and a floor to ceiling windows with an ocean or Bayview. Suites at Marenas Beach Resort also include a fully equipped kitchen and seating area with sofa bed.

Marenas Beach Resort offers free property wide Wi-Fi and a business center. Guest can keep their fitness routine at the 24 hour fitness facility that offers personal trainers.

Guest can experience Mediterranean inspired cuisine at Caracol restaurant with the views of the Atlantic ocean. Signature cocktails are available in the lobby lounge, and light fare with cocktails is served poolside at Caracolitos Pool and Beach Bar.

Your stay does not include daily room service and essentials replenishment. If you would like to add daily services at an additional cost feel free to message me directly.

A one time one cleaning fee of $125 will be charged.

Room essentials (toilet paper, kitchen paper, shampoo/ soap) for the first day, after that each guest is responsible to purchase their own.

Parking discounts may apply for reservations of 7+ nights and 14 days to a month.

Check in is at Marenas Front desk with a confirmation number I will send you. They will provide a key card. Front desk services available 24/7.
