In very charming building dated 1927, our apartment is an ideal location for those who wishes a quiet and tasteful accommodation, central yet calm and fresh as it is surrounded by old gardens.
From the apartment in only 5 / 10 minutes walk you will enjoy an unforgettable cruise on Lake Como, a shopping visit down-town, the city art and architecture at its best and the romantic lakeside promenades (Villa Olmo and Villa Geno).
Our Apartment is also very attractive for businessmen, as it is situated close to the railway station "Como Lago" Milano and Lugano (Switzerland) can be reached in 1 hour by car or by train.
Como is , also, THE CITY OF THE SILK, so guest can find the best Italian style.

“Great Location and very friendly / helpful”
We had 1 week and had a great time the apartment is close to town 10 minute walk and much bigger then we thought it would be, plenty of room for a family of four. No problem parking for free on the road above, if we came back to Como we would use again. great hosts could not ask for more thank you.
