Newly refurbished this two-bedroom, one bath charmer is eclectically furnished and well designed with new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, and bathroom.

The home boasts wood floors, kiva fireplace and gorgeous tin ceilings in the kitchen and dining room.

The living room is well appointed with comfortable seating and lighting as well as a TV and windows overlooking the front garden.

The bedrooms share a luxurious bath with bright tile, flowing sink and walk-in shower.

Each bedroom is well decorated with new linens and comfy mattresses with a king or queen bed to choose from.

Downstairs has lots of storage as well as the washer dryer.

There is a driveway for one car - off-street parking (no garage) and the property has air conditioning.
