The holiday house 'Victoria Fields' is an old farm house, completely renewed to welcome guests, who want to enjoy peace and nature, get some fresh air, and explore the region in Flanders between the Belgian coast Ypres and Bruges.

It is located in the middle of 'Flanders Fields', at 14 km from the Belgian coast, 15 km from the French border, 20 km from Ypres, 40 km from Bruges. it is the ideal angle for exploring Flanders fields, with a lot of first worldwar sites, or visit the Flemish coast.

It is rented for 1 group of 15 to 24 persons, for a weekend, a mid-week, or a full week.

The holiday house has a U-form, with a large courtyard, and with a lot of terraces. The 5 acres of meadow and orchard are here at your disposal.

The domain is 300 m from the public road, where you can enjoy full privacy, where you can enjoy peace and nature, barbecue, and where children have space to play, drive bicyles, play football.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Gino (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
