Description
This is a beautiful Villa right in the heart of the stunning Vineyards Resort. This Resort is a Gated Complex and has 24/7 security.
The Villa has it's own private Kidney-shaped Swimming Pool and generous sunbathing areas surrounding it, complete with Loungers. Television, DVD and WiFi are all included for your convenience along with Air Conditioning throughout. The Vineyards Resort also has two large communal swimming pools, one with a pool-bar. There is a Health Spa and two restaurants on site, as well as a small convenience shop. The Resort has 24-hour Security with CCTV. You need only to relax and enjoy.
Our Villa is open-plan on the ground floor, containing Kitchen, Dining Area and TV Lounge. Upstairs contains two bedrooms (one is en-suite) and a Bathroom. the Villa has Air-Conditioning throughout for your complete comfort.
Outside there are two good-size lawns surrounding a private kidney-shaped swimming pool and plenty of space to lounge and soak up the sun.
Summer in Bulgaria means 90% sunshine with temperatures between 30 and 40 degrees, so no problem getting a good suntan.
The Villa is only a 10 minute drive from the famous Sunny Beach and the Old Historic Town of Nessebar. Bourgas Airport is only 15 minutes from the Vineyards Resort.

“Miss”
Well what can I say other than Amazing!! The villa is huge easily enough for six!lovely living and kitchen area 2 bathrooms 1 toilet air con throughout. Outside area is gorgeous lovely sized pool, balcony off both bedrooms are very nice for evenings. My family really had a fabulous time the weather perfect blue skies every day ☀️☀️ within easy reach of sunny beach if you want a bit of craziness and Nessebar for a more quiet night out we visited the pirates of the carribean water park, Khans tent, the camel park all brilliant the site itself it immaculate has a small paddle pool for the little ones right next to the park. The pool bar and central bar are lovely for a quiet few drinks of an evening staff and other visitors to the vineyards are all very friendly and helpful.We loved every minute and will be returning next year.And the owner could not have been more helpful always on hand for anything within an hour.

“Best family vacation ever!!!”
We stayed in this villa in July 2013 and I have to say it was the best family holiday!! We are a family of 5 so this spacious villa woz ideal. U have all d modcons at ur fingertips ..microwave,TV, Internet,air conditioning etc. Had our own private pool which woz great 4 the kids to splash round in all day. There are also two other pools up in the hotel complex which we used from time to time. There is a little shopping area on site also..supermarket,hair salon etc. Entertainment each nite up at the hotel bar..gr8 place for meeting other families! Lovely walking routes on outskirts of complex. We rented a car at the airport but there is also a bus stop at the entrance to the complex which takes u into sunny beach. All in all,it is a fab place to stay -in a gr8 location, villa is fab n gr8 value for money. It's perfect for a family holiday and would definitely stay there again!! :-)
