Situated on a green hill only 2 kilometers away from Stella s. Giustina, village of Liguria's hinterland half way between Albisola and Sassello, the house, built on two floors in 1985 over the ruins of a traditional rustication, is surrounded by 2 hectares of private land including meadow strips and chestnut and durmast woods.

At the ground floor you find:-a big living room with fireplace-a raised dining room-fully equipped kitchen livable with dish washing machine, gas cooker with electric oven, wood stove with small oven, refrigerator and freezer-1 bathroom with shower-1 outdoor laundry room with washing machine-the garage At the first floor:-1 bedroom with one double bed and one single bed (for three persons) – 1 bedroom with one double bed (for two persons)-1 bedroom with two single beds (for two persons)-1 bedroom with three single beds and one bunk bed (for 5 persons)-2 bathrooms, both with a tub It is possible to eat outside underneath a canopy shadowed by wisteria and also to use a portable barbecue and garden chairs and deckchairs.

The house is situated on one of the footpaths linking the Beigua's Park to the High Way of the Ligurian Mountains and is close to other trails for hiking, mountain bike rides and walks into the wild nature.

It is a few kilometers (11 km) from the sea. From there it is possible to reach the most beautiful bathing sights of Liguria's west coast.

In the neighborhood: lie-Sassello (9 km), renowned holiday centre also famous for mushroom harvesting-Giovo (3 km) where you may find a fully equipped horse riding Centre organizing workshops for adults and children and horse rides on the Mountain High Way and the Beigua Park-other's hinterlands characteristic villages A bit further:-Aqui Terme (40 km) with its thermal waters and various Spas and Health Centers.

Moreover in the area you may find many restaurants and taverns (Inns) where to taste dishes and wines typical of the traditional gastronomy of Liguria and Piedmont.
