The Apartment is situated in the centre of Cagliari.
Via Giuseppe Manno is pedestrianised Street.
Taxis are allowed nearby.
Private Parking is available at Apcoa (the name of the parking lot) Viale Regina Elena (at about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment) and it costs about €5 per day, €26 per week
No pets allowed.
No smoking at this property.
The Flat has just been refurbished

There are 3 Bedrooms, two Doubles and one single.
Each bedroom has is own wardrobe.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed that can be converted into two single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker/oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The Lounge has 2 sofas, TV, wireless internet, CD music station.
Laundry Room has a Washing Machine, iron/ironing board
Cleaning/Towels/Linen provided:
Clean on arrival. Prices include all linen and towels (no beach towels provided). Final cleaning charge €60.

“Late summer Jollies”
Would highly recommend, great central city location with easy access to all the travel hubs, restaurants, bars, culture and shopping. The apartment is very high standard, clean, spacious loads of space for 2 couples, all he facilities needed for a break home from home. The owner is very well organised and helpful, she did us a couple of great written guides and speaks perfect English. Slightly concerned about access for people without full mobility as on a steep hill and upstairs. For us perfect except for lack of clothes hangers. Obviously we took too much stuff again! Thanks Antonella and we hope to return again.
