Description

A spacious and beautifully presented 4 bedroomed single level villa and only a 15 minute drive to all the Disney Parks in Florida. This comfortable villa is located on the Highlands Reserve golf course and directly overlooks the fairway, offering spectacular views with a private outdoor pool. Sleeps 9 and comprises one king double with en suite in master bedroom, 1 queen double in 2nd bedroom, 1 queen double and a twin in 3rd bedroom and 2 twins in 4th bedroom sharing a family bathroom.

This comfortable, fully air conditioned villa offers a large open plan family living area with widescreen LCD TV, DVD and Wi-Fi system for your entertainment. There is a formal dining area or you prefer, a more informal breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher for full catering. A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The garage has been converted into movie theatre/game room with theatre seating, dvd player with movies, a playstation with games and a putting green.

A privately screened deck and pool directly overlooks the golf course with patio and poolside furniture for relaxing and alfresco

dining in an under cover seating area.

Bed linen, towels (pool towels) hair dryers, clothes hangers are provided. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience and all phone calls from the villa within the USA are free also! A fully monitored security alarm and an excellent local management company on Highlands Reserve ensures a secure, safe and immaculately presented villa, giving you peace of mind at all times during your stay!
