Description

Are you ready for a relaxing stay inside an adorable beachside space? Views from the rear balcony are unmatched, as you can see for miles north, south & across the Atlantic Ocean. Beach access could not be closer to your front door! You'll enjoy a community swimming pool & recreation center just across the road. A large back porch is plenty of room for a chill evening outside while you listen to wave breaks just feet away!

As soon as you enter the space, a magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean and beach greets you through the large balcony doors. On your left you can hang up your keys and purse and get ready to relax. A few feet down the hall you'll find a very nice kitchen area with granite counters and elegant wood grain cabinetry. There's all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The refrigerator is very spacious and will accommodate many family meals and drinks. Across from the refrigerator you'll find a washer dryer for your laundry convenience. The kitchen also has a bar area that connects to the dining & living spaces. The bar seats three on plush stools.

In the dining area you'll find a large four seater, round glass top table with ultra comfortable chairs. Just past the table is a stunning window with a seat and cushion that begs for a book and an ice cold drink. This window boasts an awesome view down the shoreline. Also in the living room is a cozy couch that pulls out to a queen bed! You'll enjoy relaxing with your feet up on the coffee table watching some TV or chatting with friends and family; all while enjoying a bodacious view through the panel glass doors. There's an overhead light and fan to keep you cool!

Across from the kitchen in the hallway you'll find a cute bar area with an additional sink and utensils for making your favorite beachy cocktails. You're going to love the Master bedroom with an easy sleeping queen sized bed and fresh linens! You can access the charming balcony through the glass doors in the master bedroom. Also in the master bedroom is a desk for your laptop or other devices as well as overhead lighting and fan. The closet has plenty of room for everything you bring and is next to the private master bathroom.

Between the bedrooms and in the hall you'll find another bathroom with updated faucets and hardware. Down the hall is the guest bedroom that features two twin beds for the kiddos or other guests! Again, plenty of closet space for your swimwear, and evening attire.

Your home for a few days has a comfortable beach theme consistent throughout the space, gorgeous views, as well as a great kitchen, and relaxing areas. There's a state of the art water filtration system connected to the kitchen faucet, and a great Beach Shade in the foyer closet for you to use!
