Struttura tradizionale rifinita nei minimi particolari, in una zona molto tranquilla immersa nel verde a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Guidaloca e dal piccolo borgo di Scopello. La villa è il luogo dove i materiali naturali incontrano i colori del mare per un effetto rilassante, dove arredi moderni e di design insieme allo splendore del marmo, a note dorate, al bianco chic e al velluto si sposano perfettamente per una rivisitazione dello stile classico. La villa è dotata di tutti i confort per trascorrere una vacanza super, di un vasto giardino esterno con piscina rettangolare 10x5 con scala romana, solarium, lettini prendisole, doccia solare e area relax.
La villa si articola su due livelli. La rimessa al piano inferiore rimane a disposizione del custode disponibile per qualsiasi necessità h24.
L'appartamento si trova al piano superiore (9 posti letto) e dispone di ingresso indipendente e parcheggio privato, inoltre offre un' ampia veranda con una splendida vista panoramica sul mare e sulla piscina.
