Description

“Alfie Place” is situated in a stepped lane “Triq Gilormu Cassar” in the urban conservation area of the Medieval city of Vittoriosa also Known as Birgu which takes you back in time to the 15th Century. “Triq Gilormu Cassar” is probably the most photographed street and it's a must Show with Tourist Guides, It's a very quite street, Traffic free and only minutes by walk from all amenities.

"Alfie's Place" is set on two floors. At ground floor level one finds a Beautifully set Eat in Kitchen with modern lightnings where the Historic walls meet the modern lights and paintings. Adjacent is Beautiful, Bright and Modern Bathroom, consisting of a WC, Large Basin & Mirror, Shaver Unit and a Large Double walk In Glass Shower.

A masonry staircase leads on to the first floor level where you find the Two Bedrooms separated by a small hallway.

The main Bedroom is nicely set for a double Bed with Lounge and a Balcony. The Exposed Historic Walls, Beams, Paintings, Curtains together with some very modern Lights will set the mood for the night.

The 2nd Bedroom has a small Window and is set up for two Single Beds, once again the walls and masonry Ceiling are exposed and set with modern lights. The Arched Ceiling and its architecture make this room so charming and so easy to fall in love with,

All rooms are facing the facade of the building.

From Feedback best to use the "Three Cities Ferry" from Birgu to the Capital Valletta, than From Valletta you can get a bus to your desired Location.

“Incredible historic home in the heart of Birgu”

Our trip to Malta would not have been the same without our gracious host at Alfie's Place- Alfie got our Maltese vacation off the perfect start from our pick up at the airport to the small tour around the area. Alfie provided us with tons of information on all the best places to visit before we even got to Malta so we could make the best of our stay-- and once we got there he learned about our interestsand emailed us more info while we were on the island. He was sure to offer any help we might need while in Malta! Alfie's place is the perfect location to explore the quiet, historic streets of the three cities and a great base to explore the whole island- just a short ferry ride to Valletta. We were very happy that we found such a perfect gem of a place but also to have met Alfie- he is a great ambassador for Malta and we are very happy to have found him too! We would highly recommend Alfie's Place or his other property The Alley (he gave us a tour of that too!) you will not find a better location or a better host! We will definitely stay at Alfie's Place agIan if we visit Malta again!
