At 150 metres from the beach and 1 km from Mall located 80 kilometres south of Dakar and less than 6 hours of flight from Brussels. The villa is located on a plot of 750 M² with its individual pool, 1 km from all new Ngaparou shopping centre and less than 150 metres from the beach. The villa is equipped with European comfort of high standing. ' The villas are equipped by European luxury comfort: air conditioning, electric water heater, kitchen, inverter, water supply, LED TV, etc...
Our villa is made for rent by the week, at a distance of 150 metres from the beach including villa 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + pool.

Response from the owner C’est facile de mettre 1/5 ! Je donne mon explication pour mes futurs locataires. Déjà, je ne comprends pas comment des personnes qui passent en direct pour éviter de payer les frais de commission puissent mettre des remarques sur Tripadvisor. Je ne suis pas le premier et pas le dernier !! C’est la deuxième fois que vous reveniez dans la même villa ! Et votre tente m’avait demandé d’occulter les fenêtres vu votre métier… Ce que j’ai fait. Pour la climatisation vous avez raison, il aurait été plus judicieux de me prévenir et le technicien serait venu dans l’heure remettre du fréon. Le chauffe-eau fonctionne très bien si l’alimentation (prise est mise). La femme de ménage avait oublié de la brancher ! Vous auriez pu le voir ??? 15000 CFA pour l’électricité et la climatisation qui a tourné toute la nuit et une partie de la matinée c’est correcte, c’est le compteur qui affiche et moi je dois payer ! Pour les personnes qui lisent votre commentaire, nos Fatou « femme de ménage » nous les payons 5000 CFA (7,5 €) par jour et double le dimanche et jour fériés. Et c’est vous qui les payez en direct. Juste pour vous rappeler que le 4 juillet 1960 le Sénégal accédait à son indépendance !! Il est bon de le rappeler à certaines personnes ici !!! Ceci est mon retour à vous remarques et critiques !! Voici les miennes : Déjà, quand on loue…On prévient le propriétaire de la présence de chiens !?? Vous venez de Dakar pour 2 jours et vous laissez vos deux chiwawa sur le terrain et vous passez la journée en bord de mer ! Prenez vos chiens avec ! J’adore les animaux mais on s’en occupe ou pas !!! Je n’ai pas été désagréable, mais quand on a deux Rats de chiwawa qui aboient toute la journée sans eau et seul et qui ameutent tous les chiens du quartier et en essayant de vous contacter sur votre portable toute la journée ! Il était normal de vous dire de trouver une autre villa pour votre prochain séjour !!! Logiquement le départ se fait à 16H00 et là vous êtes partit à 20H00 ! Sans supplément ! Comme quoi la critique est facile ! Surtout sur tripadvisor ! Quand nous serons sur Dakar, nous passerons à la « BRIOCHE DORÉE » Une pâtisserie de renom.
