Description

Shore Croft was built to take full advantage of its unique situation, facing south above a pebbly beach on Loch Ewe, with panoramic views of the sea. The garden which is over an acre opens directly onto the beach and has several wildlife viewing points. The whole interior is beautifully designed, arranged and maintained. It is light, modern and luxurious. The sitting room and dining room/kitchen open onto wide decking from which a path leads to the garden gate which opens almost directly on to the beach. The house is extremely well equipped with an open fire in the sitting room. There are 4 bedrooms. A master bedroom with an en suite wet room and 3 twin bedrooms. There is a full bathroom / wet room upstairs as well as a downstairs loo. The kitchen / dining room is extremely large and very well equipped with a large modern range cooker and American fridge freezer.The local area is a nature lovers paradise with fantastic bird life, otters, seals, harbour porpoise and dolphins all visible from the house.This is a romantic retreat for couples or a holiday home for up to 8 people.

The house sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms with 1 bathroom (with bath and shower) and 1 en suite shower room. There is a very large kitchen diner and a large sitting room.The downstairs comprises a large vestibule with coat hooks. Inner hall. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Space for boots and drying cupboard. Very large kitchen / dining room with American fridge freezer, range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and music system. Table seating 8 people. French doors open onto decking with beautiful loch and sea views.Sitting room with open fire and French windows leading to decking area. Views out to open sea. TV, DVD player with surround sound. Downstairs loo.Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite shower room and separate dressing room, 3 twin bedrooms with built in wardrobes plus a bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower. There are beautiful views from all of the bedrooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
