Description

The entrance to this contemporary family home greets you with a resounding sense of space and light. The open staircase leads to a gallery-style balcony, flooded by light from a window which stretches virtually the full height of the property and at night is lit by a stunning chandelier. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both of which are en-suite, and offer fantastic views.

The master bedroom has a balcony looking out towards St Michael’s Mount whilst the second bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. With two more twin bedrooms this property sleeps eight making it ideal for an extended or dual family holiday. There is, of course, an additional family bathroom, with shower, separate bath, basin and WC.

Downstairs discover a spacious living room with French doors opening onto the well-maintained patio and attractively planted garden area. On the opposite side of the hall is a second, large, living room/play area with French doors to a low level balcony. Towards the rear of the property is an enormous open plan kitchen and dining area fitted to an exceptionally high standard, featuring an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob and microwave. The subtle “country” style units are covered with a solid oak worktop which, alongside the modern décor gives this home a quietly rural feel. The kitchen/dining area also has French doors onto the patio and garden, creating the perfect environment for a warm summer evening barbeque at the end of a beautiful day at the beach. Next to the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with washing machine and spacious airing cupboard, and beyond that is a downstairs WC with wash basin.

This gated property has secure parking for three vehicles and is safe and enclosed for children. It offers a marvellous garden play area with a 12’ trampoline and a wide variety of swings and slides. Trelander House is just a short walk from the child-friendly Coldstreamer pub which sits within the heart of Gulval Churchtown.

Great holiday home. Spacious and comfortable. Kids were well entertained by the playroom when it rained and the trampoline and basketball hoop were well used after trips to the beach. The American fridge with ice cold water and ice on tap was cool Recommend holiday home

“Fantastic Holiday House!”

My husband and I booked this house for us, a 3yr old and 5yr old, plus Grandparents for a weeks stay. We had such a great holiday, it's location is well placed to visit so many places of interest and the nearest beaches are gorgeous (white sand, turquoise water etc.) The house itself is spacious, clean and brilliantly well equipped in all rooms, we were left wanting for nothing. The playroom and garden are perfect for kids (and adults!), it's clear the owners have really thought about their guests in furnishing the house and they were fantastically easy to book and contact too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to others or visit again.

“Great for our group”

We were 6 senior adults traveling together and Jessica's house proved perfect for our accommodation during our recent one-week stay in Penzance. This is a large modern house with every convenience anyone could ask for and it is immaculate. We soon felt very much at home. WiFi worked well in every room and we watched Netflix and at times had six people using the internet. I would recommend this to anyone who needed spacious, clean, modern accommodations.

Lovely house,loads of space, very comfortable. Couldn't have asked for more. The trampoline was a great hit with the kids and the adults loved the kitchen and lounge.

“A fabulous thoughtful child friendly place to stay!”

What an amazing find! Every room was well thought out with amazing children's play room that my two would have stayed in for the week! Age range was from 5-73 and everyone was well catered for. Many thanks for making our holiday even more special.
