Description

Both Delux Private Pool Villas are part of an exclusive gated community overlooking Panormos Bay and are just a short walk (350m) from the white sand of uncrowded Panormos Beach. The beach has 4 restaurants, a beach bar, great music, plenty of beach beds and poofs and is only a 10 minute drive (5k) from the restaurants, nightlife and shops of Mykonos Town. Our 12 villas are of various sizes and floor plans but have all been designed to integrate understated elegance and privacy with the leisurely island lifestyle and vibrant nightlife that has made Mykonos a world class destination.

Built in traditional Mykonian style and located above stunning Panormos Beach on the island's chic and secluded northern side, the villas have panoramic sea views a beautiful pool, BBQ, spacious terraces, landscaped gardens, pergola-covered outdoor dining area and built in seating and a lounging area.

They are charming vacation homes for the perfect Mykonos holiday and are fully equipped with the highest quality furniture, appliances, mattresses and linens. They both have large patios for entertaining or lounging with uninterrupted views of the bay and surrounding hillsides.

1. BOOKING

A deposit of 30% of the property rental must be paid. If the booking takes place 30 days prior to arrival the full accommodation amount must be paid. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed and have consequently confirmed your booking. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 3.

2. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

The balance of the payment must be paid at least eight 30 days

before your arrival. If the balance is not received by us by the due

date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to

our claim for cancellation charges and to retain the deposit. For

bookings made within 30 days of your arrival date, you will be required

to pay the full amount of your holiday at the time of booking.

3. CANCELLATION BY GUESTS

It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part

of your booking, or that the booking is canceled by us due to

non-payment, te shall be entitled to the following percentage of

the amount. 30 days or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable

deposit) 29 days before arrival = 100% (deposit & balance) All

cancellations requests must be sent to us in writing and signed by the

signatory of the booking form. Security deposit will be fully

refunded.

4. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY OWNER

Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to

confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will

advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our

control we are unable to provide you with the property you have

booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better

property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be

transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to

us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation

charges for travel arrangements.

5. NUMBER OF GUESTS

Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may use the

property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum number

indicated in the booking form. Should the owner find that more than

the specified number of guests are occupying the property he will be

entitled to ask the clients to vacate the property immediately.

6. INSURANCE

It is a condition of booking that your party is covered by

comprehensive travel insurance including coverage against trip

cancellation and against personal injury. The appropriate coverage

should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact your

travel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker about this. Your

signature on the booking form confirms that you are covered by such

insurance.

7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Check-in time is 2:00 pm

Check-out time is 11:00 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or

late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance.

8. SECURITY DEPOSITS

A security deposit is 500 Euro payable before the

beginning of the tenancy, to cover the cost of any damage to the

property or its contents during the term of rental. The deposit can be

paid with the balance of the reservation, or with cash or credit card

at the time of check-in directly to the owner. The amount less any

applicable claims will be refunded to the guest in the same way it was

paid to the owner. Cash deposits will be handed back to the guest at

the end of the rental period once the owner has had an opportunity to

assess the condition of the property.

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE

The guest who signs the booking form is responsible for the correct

and decent behavior of his party. Guests are responsible for any loss

or damage caused to the property or its contents. Guests are required

to report any damage to the owner and to bear the cost of repair or

replacement. Should guests behave disrespectfully towards the property

and its contents, the owner reserves the right to ask all guests to

vacate the property immediately.

10. ENTERTAINING AT THE PROPERTY

Parties and other functions involving a large number of invitees are

strictly prohibited unless fully approved by the owner in advance. In

the event of unauthorized use of the property in such a way, The owner

has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately and

the security deposit will be fully forfeited until all applicable

claims are fully assessed.

11. GUEST INJURY DISCLAIMER

We will not be held responsible for any accident or injuries to guests or their children

during their stay under any circumstances.

12. CHILDREN

Children are welcome. Please notify us at the time of booking if there

will be any children in your party and their ages.

13. PETS

Pets are generally not accepted however if you want to bring one with

you, please check with us. If accepted, you will be asked for an

additional security deposit.

14. SWIMMING POOL

The swimming pool, will be kept clean and operational by the property

staff. Pool towels for are provided for guests use, however beach

towels are not.

15. MAID SERVICE

The property will be cleaned at the beginning of the rental period,

before arrival. However, guests should leave the property clean and in

good order at the time of their departure. If the property is not left

in acceptable condition the sum of EUR50 per bedroom will be deducted

from the security deposit.

18. WATER AND ELECTRICITY

Please note that the property is located on a small island which often

has severe problems with drought. Water is a commodity to be used

sparingly during the summer months and service may be disrupted

occasionally. Electricity may also be disrupted, normally for a short

period of time. As such we ask for your patience and cannot be held

responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our

control.

19. PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographs taken at the property cannot be used or sold for profit

without the written authorization of the owner.

20. VALUABLES

Valuables left at the property are at the risk of the guest. The owner

and the property staff cannot be held responsible for their loss or

misplacement.

How do damage deposits work?
