Description

Our beautiful two-bedroom villa located in the quiet La Capellania area is the ideal place to rest and simply enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool in one of the best climates in the world. If you want more animation, Corralejo and its beaches, bars and restaurants are just 3 km away. And the island's most beautiful and quiet beaches of the "Parque Natural Las Dunas" are also very close (local buses, or cheap car rentals can lead you there). Corralejo is facing Lanzarote, which can be reached within 20 minutes via ferryboat.

It is also an ideal house and environment for a family with children (cot available). Our three little children have never complained so far... :-)

There's the very large and sunny terrace, with private swimming pool, outside shower, BBQ, nice furniture and lovely Canarian vegetation...

A fully-fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster,coffee machine...

A large lounge and dining area, nicely furnished and equipped with cable and satellite TV, wi-fi, bluetooth speaker.

A separate utility room with a washing machine, iron, and toys for children...

Supermarket and 2 restaurants (one Spanish, one Italian both also take-away ) just 1 minute walk away.

“Relaxing sun trap.”

How do damage deposits work?

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
