Description
The Bed and Breakfast & stone Faces was born in a small village formerly called Ca ' Man, overlooking the mountains on the border between Marche and Umbria.
The B&B has at its disposal two spacious bedrooms with ensuite, beamed ceiling and wooden floors, a relaxing panorama on the mountains. In addition, guests will be able to share with our family the big living room with fireplace, free wifi, sitting area with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, a library with books of various kinds and informative material for visiting the surrounding area, an equipped counter for heating food.
The farmhouse has been renovated recently and is surrounded by a large garden with an oak under which sit down to read a book during the hottest hours. Behind it there is a forest and a network of trails that lead up to the Summit of Monte Rotondo (800 mt) and the sanctuary of the Madonna del Cerro and the nearby village of Monterosso.
Our House is situated amidst the hills, between Willenhall and Pergola, not far from the Grotte di Frasassi and da Fabriano and less than an hour's drive from Urbino, Gubbio and from towns along the coast. Is 50 minutes from Ancona airport.
A few kilometres away you will find places of worship fascinating and mysterious as the monastery of Fonte Avellana and the Abbey of Santa Croce of Sassoferrato, or fortified villages and castles, such as the castle of pediment.
