Description

This 18th Century Cottage is in the heart of Lytham. Its a 2 minutes walk from Lytham square, many shops, cafes and restaurants. Thyme Cottage was fully renovated before being offered as a holiday let and continues to be updated yearly. Downstairs is a lounge dining room, kitchen, cloakroom and utility. In the utility room is a washing machine and dryer. The following electrical equipment is also provided, a Smart Television with Sky, Wi-Fi, iPod Docking Station, Dishwasher, Microwave and Coffee making machine. There is a King size bedroom, a Double bedroom and a twin room. The bathroom also contains a bath and walk in shower.

At the back of the cottage on the first floor level is an outdoor decking area with table and chairs for alfresco dining or a relaxing drink.

Linen and towels are provided for all rooms together with gowns and slippers in the Master Bedroom. A welcome try is also provided together with chocolates and wine.

“absolutely tremendous”

This place is perfect in every way. The cottage has everything you need and if it hasn't the owners will sort it out right away. Very friendly and approachable. The cottage was very clean with lovely furnishings and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated. It is also just round the corner from many shops, reataurants, seafront and bus stops to more places along the coast. I would love to stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lesley and Nick (the owner) a message.

If Lesley and Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
