A lovely private villa with 3 bedrooms and sleeping 6 people. Fully equipped for a fantastic holiday with WIFI. Private gardens and lovely large swimming pool. Tucked away in a quiet location but within walking distance of the promenade, beaches, supermarket and restaurants. Spending a week at Casa Magica will leave you rested and relaxed, in fact most of our guests don't want to leave! The family can enjoy endless hours in the pool or soaking in the suns rays on one of the six sunbeds provided. The Sleepy town of San Juan de los Terreros is a big favourite with Spanish and European families looking for a holiday away from the traditional large resorts. With its many beaches and coves. Safe bathing for everyone and clean beaches, you can be sure of a holiday to remember. With some of the best fish restaurants in the region you will be able to soak up a little of that Spanish flavour of eating late, drinking a bottle or two of wine and then following up with a gentle stroll along the beach side promenade. The superb new Aguilon golf club is now open and only 5 minutes drive away along with 5 other courses within 30 minutes drive. We have some of the only Blue flag (Calidad Turistica) beaches in Andalucia with golden sand, gently sloping into the warm waters of the Mediterranean. If the sun gets to you the newly built promenade offers beach bars and cafes for a plate of locally caught sardines, an ice cream or a nice cold beer.

Bed linen sets and towels are not provided. If you would like to hire these items from us and avoid taking them in your suitcase then please note the following and advise us when you book. Towel set (bath/ hand/ face) 10 Euros per set. Bed linen set (top sheet, fitted Sheet / pillow case) 10 euros per bed. If you require a high chair or travel cot we can rent these to you at 10 euros per week per item. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There is a spacious lounge/dining room with WIFI, 40" SMART TV and large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher,washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. The dining area has ample room for 6 people. All accommodation is on the ground floor with 2 twin rooms both with air-conditioning, the master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom. This double bedroom also has air-conditioning.

The Villa is detached and has its own private garden. The villa has its own private parking space outside. There is ample sunbathing areas with sun loungers provided. There is outdoor furniture and the private pool is perfect for cooling down. The covered dining terrace has sea and mountain views. The villa is located in a quiet location and backs onto open land. You have beautiful sea and mountain views. Private swimming pool with Roman stepped entrance [8m x 3.7m] [Depth 1m-1.6m].

Ha sido una de las casas de alquiler más populares en San Juan durante muchos años. Esperamos que comprenda los cargos adicionales. La ropa de cama es opcional porque muchas personas conducen y traen las suyas propias, y normalmente no hay cargo por la limpieza, pero cuando aceptamos una mascota debemos hacer una limpieza antialérgica y el arrendatario debe pagar por esto [estoy seguro de que es mejor que dejar su amado perro en una perrera]. Con respecto a la electricidad, es mucho más justo pagar por lo que usa en lugar de agregar 70 euros por semana al precio. La mayoría de las personas solo usan entre 15 y 30 euros por semana. ¡Esperamos verte de nuevo!

“Just Magic!”
Have been to San Juan de Los Terreros 7 times, and 5 of those we have stayed at Casa Magica. It is a beautiful villa with stunning views of the village, sea and mountains. A place in the hills where you can totally relax. Richard and Ava are always there if you need them and very knowledgable of the area. There are plenty of lovely restaurants, but the local bistro, Annie's, is great. The beach is family friendly, stunning beaches and coves which have a variety of beach bars which serve amazing quality food. We can't wait to go back.
