Leuca a 50 metri dal mare (email hidden) a sud di Gallipoli, per 4/5 posti letto con due camere da letto molto ampie, bagno con doccia, cucina abitabile ,giardino interno con doccia esterna e barbecue, veranda .PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO. la vicinanza ad un mare incontaminato con calette sabbiose e bassa scogliera praticabile e l'altrettanta vicinanza ai lidi sabbiosi di Gallipoli rendono la villetta più che mai strategicamente e geograficamente comoda ed invitante, Vi troverete a circa 30 minuti dalle principali città: Lecce, Otranto , S.M. Leuca e 15 minuti da Gallipoli in più dista pochi chilometri dalle più importanti spiagge ( 2km lidi San Giovanni , 3,5 km lido pizzo, 4 km lido punta della suina , 5km lidi di Gallipoli ).Nella zona si trovano tutti i principali servizi ( bar, ristoranti, farmacie, supermercati, pub, chiese ecc.) la casa è situata su una traversa chiusa della litoranea quindi non ci sono problemi di parcheggio o di rumori di traffico, è situata a non di più di 50 metri dal mare (scogliera bassa),uso lavatrice e fornitura biancheria a richiesta
