If you’re looking for the kind of privacy and spacious accommodation usually only afforded by a villa but without a long hike into town, the penthouse Melissa Apartment is ideal.
With around 1300 square feet of accommodation, the apartment is one of the largest apartments on this hugely popular complex. the Melissa Apartment sleeps six people comfortably - Its spacious accommodation is spread over the entire top two floors of the block and has been furnished to an exceptional standard throughout. The apartment has two balconies on the first floor, one leading from the large living area and the other from the large 1st floor bedroom. This room has two singles beds but can be make into a super king if requested. There is also a second twin room on the first floor. Up the stairs to the master penthouse room, you have access to the magnificent private roof terrace, where you can sit and admire the stunning views of Kalkan bay and the islands beyond.
The roof terrace has a built-in stone BBQ, table seating for 6, a smaller table and chairs to enjoy the views, plus 2 sun loungers for private sun bathing.
There are two pools, plus a children's pool. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas have been provided for the exclusive use of our guests.

“Amazing from start to finish”
From the moment I booked this apartment (fairly last minute) I knew instantly that I would not regret it. Jayne was so helpful and reassuring throughout answering all my questions about the resort and alleviating some of my fears about Covid. I was then further reassured when myself and my daughters arrived at the Emir apartments late at night to be greeted by Aytac. They certainly are taking the virus very seriously in Kalkan and we felt very safe. The Melissa apartment is amazing. The space, views, layout, pools, view I could go on. My husband was unable to join us this time but I cannot wait to return and to show him the beautiful town of Kalkan with all of its abundant restaurants and shops. In the 9 nights we stayed we ate out for 8 of them and did not have a bad meal. Our particular favourite was Chatta (so friendly) and Seaport and the takeaway from Hunkar Ockabasi (3 min walk away) was fabulous. Fantastic holiday and great memories. Thank you Jayne and Richard for sharing your wonderful apartment with us

“Loved this place”
From the moment we drove around the bay into kalkan at night with all the lights shining we were in love! Then entering the spacious apartment and being met with such incredible uninterrupted views of the bay from the living area and then the penthouse balcony it was incredible. We didn't tire from sitting on either balcony at any time of the day making the most of the sunny and shady areas. The apartment was very well equipped and the only thing missing that would have given it bonus points would be washing up liquid and hand soap and maybe a small tea and coffee selection although we had taken our own anyway. The welcome milk and water dispenser was a great touch and really appreciated. The showers were great and there was always very hot water. The complex is kept immaculately clean by the management team and Aytac was always happy to help. Perfectly located close to supermarket and restaurants. Is a pleasant downhill walk to the harbour, back up a bit more challenging but manageable if fit and wanting to burn off all the wonderful food, treats and cocktails from the amazing restaurants and bars in town! Can't wait to come back!
