Description

Situated on the upper-ground floor of a charming stone house, this two-bedroom apartment is surrounded by greenery, has a private entrance and is only 3 min walk away from the seafront, the pedestrian Old Town and the town centre. It is located in Savina, the best residential area in Herceg Novi. This is a great area to enjoy on foot, very tranquil and quiet despite its central location, and also safe for children. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with quality fittings & furniture, ideal for a family or a group of up to 5 persons. It faces south and gets plenty of sunlight, It has an A/C, a well equipped kitchen & bathroom, free Wi-Fi, free private parking and two large terraces. The front terrace is equipped for al-fresco eating and is perfect for children playing. We do provide a cot if needed. The historic cities of Dubrovnik & Kotor (both World Heritage sites) are only 50 km away. Two international airports (Dubrovnik & Tivat) are only an hour drive away. Weekly cleaning is included in the rent.

How do damage deposits work?
