Au Cap d’Agde : Appartement de 2 pièces pour 4 personnes (25 m2) en rez de jardin avec terrasse carrelée (12m2) et jardin clôturé (10m2) à 200 m de la plage Richelieu Centre .

Exposition Est - Vue sur espaces verts dans résidence clôturée avec piscine collective et place de parking individuelle.

Description de l'appartement :

- 1 Chambre fermée avec 1 lit double,

- 1 Coin salon avec canapé Clic Clac, télévision écran plat, internet, wifi (code donné à la remise des clefs)

- 1 Coin cuisine tout équipé (mini-four, micro-ondes, cafetière électrique et senseo, grille pain, réfrigérateur/congélateur, plaques induction, lave-linge),

- 1 Salle de bain avec baignoire,

- 1 WC séparé.

Il y a de nombreux commerces aux abords de la résidence.

L'appartement est situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre port, 5 minutes d'Aqualand et de l'Île des Loisirs, comprenant : Casino, Parc d'attraction, Dinopark, mini-golf, bars, discothèques…. tout pour les grands et les petits.

Les grandes surfaces à proximité 5 à 10 min en voiture.

Attention pour l'été les locations se font du dimanche au dimanche en raison de la circulation trop importante sur les routes du sud les samedis !

En voiture sortie n°34 autoroute A9, Direction Agde, puis direction Sète sortie Cap d'Agde. En train de la gare de Agde bus ligne 3 arrêt soleil village.

Interaction with guest

Tout se déroule très bien avec mes locataires, ils reviennent chaque année. Ils qu'en cas de besoin ils peuvent compter sur moi. On instaure une relation de confiance mutuelle.
