Description

An exceptional privately owned villa that has been furnished to a very high standard.It has many upgrades and extras including 3 large bedrooms,master bathroom suite, plus 1 further bathroom.Beautifully decorated with cathedral ceilings plus fully upgraded, well equipped kitchen.There is full air conditioning in the house, with ceiling fans in all rooms and on the lanai.The over sized pool is electric heated and there is a double garage.A car is advisable/necessary to appreciate the outstanding beaches that are located nearby.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The main master suite has a king size bed, night stands,TV, dresser and beautiful French doors that lead onto the lanai and pool area.The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in roman style shower.The over sized vanity unit has twin washbasins and lots of drawer space.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables, TV and closets.

The third bedroom features twin beds,TV and closets.

All linens and towels(including pool towels) are provided.

Family Areas.

There is a luxurious family room and separate family dining area, great for planning day trips over breakfast.The villa features all the usual appliances plus stereo cable TV, DVD player and IPOD docking station. Telephone in the main bedroom and kitchen area are included with free wireless broadband internet and free calls to USA, Canada and UK landlines.

The fully fitted kitchen includes everything you could need with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and top grade accessories.The separate utility room is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and sink unit.

Pool Details.

The private electric heated pool is West facing so catches plenty of sun.It has been designed and finished to the highest standard.

The private and fully screened pool enclosure incorporates decking and seating.The lanai with outdoor dining area overlooks the heated swimming pool.An external ceiling fan adds a cooling breeze to the warm Florida evenings.`for the safety of young children there is a pool alarm system.For added convenience there is a separate washroom and outdoor shower adjacent to the pool.
