C'est une pièce habitable, en principe toujours meublée, située dans la maison même du propriétaire. Cette formule est économique et peut être conviviale si vous vous entendez bien avec votre logeur (au point de partager certains repas avec le propriétaire ou de pouvoir squatter le canapé en face de la télé). Mais attention, question liberté et intimité, il vous faudra probablement faire des concessions et établir des compromis ! Il est impossible de recevoir des visites et de manger dans la chambre.
