This is a unique opportunity to rent a luxury beachfront apartment just metres from the sandy beach on an amazing resort on the west coast of North Cyprus. The property looks directly to the Mediterranean Sea and is just a short 50m stroll to the sand.
The Aphrodite Beachfront resort offers 5 star facilities and a wide choice of activities for all the family. Water sports, Spa facilities, 3 outdoor pools, Gym, Yoga and Pilates Studio, outdoor Jacuzzi and much more awaits you and your family.
The package includes much more than your usual rental accommodation. *Breakfast is included for 4 people for every day of your stay, with the option to pre book breakfasts for any additional guests at a reduced rate from the restaurant prices. Your breakfast can be delivered to your apartment and enjoyed on the terrace, or taken in the restaurant beside the Semi-Olympic sized pool and uniquely designed shaded children's pool. Entirely your choice, it's your vacation!
Newly refurbished and redesigned as one of only two 4 bedroom apartments currently in this resort, the apartment is spacious, light, modern and has managed to bring a real outdoor and natural feel to the interior, with beautiful carved wood furniture, natural fabrics and neutral colours offering a feeling of peace and relaxation to compliment the other experiences available at this resort.
The apartment itself is filled with gadgets and mod cons for your use, to make your holiday a real luxury experience. The kitchen has not only the best appliances including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, and fridge freezer - it also offers extras such as espresso machine, 4 slice toaster, water filter/dispenser and other electric gadgets.
The open plan living area has beautiful wooden floors, and large comfortable sofa to seat everyone. The view to the terrace shows the Mediterranean Sea, and the Cyprus sunshine and a large lawned area directly between the terrace and the beach.
The lounge is also fitted with full surround sound entertainment system with ipod docking station, Satellite TV with around 700 multinational channels, DVD player with film library and high speed WiFi internet.
For the family there is ample space in 4 bedrooms, with every room benefitting from ceiling fan and air conditioning unit. There are made to measure wooden stair gates blending in with the décor to keep any younger children safe, and the whole ground floor terrace is enclosed by a white picket fence with secure gates to the resort Spa and to the lush grassed lawn in front of the property.
Relax at Aphrodite Spa with a full body massage or beauty treatment, or use one of the 2 state of the art saunas with interactive lighting and music. Take a Yoga class in the Yoga and Pilates Studio and then cool off in the indoor pool!
For a more active holiday there is a fully equipped gym with sea views, bicycle hire for all the family and a Semi-Olympic sized outdoor pool to swim as many lengths as you can manage. The resort has its own water sports instructor and all equipment is available to buy or to hire from the surf shop. Try paddle boarding, kite surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and more!
The beach itself is regularly cleaned and maintained to provide the perfect combination of relaxing sunbathing area with free sun-loungers, and shallow clear swimming area safe enough even for non swimmers and children. Purpose built stone breakers have been constructed from natural rock to provide more gentle waves during even the most rough conditions at the waters edge, leaving the rest of the area untouched and ready for action by the experienced surfers!
Evenings can be spent in the excellent restaurant, the Joya Bar & Bistro or outside on the terrace watching spectacular sunsets. The sun actually does sink directly into the sea from this direction offering some really amazing photo opportunities! There is also the beach bar and regular entertainment.
The resort is close enough to the village with further restaurants to choose from, and just a short 15 minute drive to the town centre of Guzelyurt. Here you can find all manner of shops, and churches and other places of interest.
The whole area around the west cost of North Cyprus is steeped in history with ruins and artefacts to be seen all over. There are deserted beaches, kings tombs and nesting turtles to be discovered during your very special stay at Aphrodite Beachfront Village. Come and see for yourself....
