Luxury show home in a quiet village location, excellent facilities.

Idyllic rural retreat situated on the banks of a small lochan. Loch Manor used to be a fishery so the loch is full of brown trout which attracts wild life such as herons to feed. Perth is 9 miles away and the village of Auchterarder is 4 miles away. There are 2 pubs within walking distance who serve excellent food and real ales. Dunning golf course is 5 minutes away. Perfect central location to explore the Perth and Kinross area.

Outdoor living space right on the water, spacious and light interior with full glass frontage to maximise the view.

Designated dog walk around the loch.

Response from the owner I did offer to find alternative accommodation but this was declined. This was not something we normally do but felt we had no choice. This booking was not made through trip advisor and was given at a discounted rate. All money was returned in full with a sincere apology. If the booking had been made through trip advisor we would have been penalised but you would have paid a great deal more. I’m glad you have found alternative accommodation.

How do damage deposits work?

If Lindsay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
