Duplex apartment located in prime area of the city of Porto (FOZ) at 80m from the beach line.

A two-storey apartment, on the top of a building with a privileged view of the sea.

Very comfortable, with a good size (180m2), three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, two living rooms and two terraces facing the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped, has a very sober and functional decoration.

Located in a residential area of great prestige, with the best beaches and terraces of Portugal, has diversity of small quality trade, restaurants, bars as well as access to public transport to the city centre of Porto.

It has easy parking on street with large trees and provides generous shade. But if you prefer, you can park the car in the private garage of the apartment.

The unique architecture and the gastronomy of the city of Porto, a city classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, made it had been chosen as the main tourist destination in the world.

The small local shops of great quality, markets, museums, restaurants, bars, the iconic sites and the vast cultural offer, makes them take at least five days to visit the city of Porto.

And you will know very well, after a full day and varied, find the rest in a place like this to yourself, with your family or with your friends.

O apartamento está totalmente equipado, tem uma decoração muito sóbria e funcional.

Localiza-se numa zona habitacional de grande prestígio, com as melhores praias e esplanadas de Portugal, tem diversidade de pequeno comércio de qualidade, de restaurantes, bares assim como acesso a transportes públicos para o centro da cidade do Porto.

Tem facilidade de estacionamento em rua com árvores de grande porte e que proporcionam sombra generosa.

A Arquitetura ímpar e a Gastronomia da cidade do Porto, cidade classificada como Património Mundial pela UNESCO, fez com que esta tivesse sido escolhida como o Principal Destino Turístico do Mundo.
