Those who love luxury and comfort will certainly feel at home in Apartmento Real! It is a beautiful new apartment in the luxurious Residencial Mármara, located just 50 meters from the Arenal beach. In Jávea it´s difficult to find apartments of this quality and certainly at this exceptional location. There is not only the beach, but also the many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, entertainment venues and chiringuitos (beach bars) are within walking distance of the apartment. The complex has a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's pool surrounded by a lawn of grass (all fenced for the safety of children). There is also a childeren´s playground.

The apartment of 80 m2 is located on the first floor (with elevator) and is suitable for max. 4 persons. It has a living room, luxury kitchen (electric cooker, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave), utility room (washing machine), 2 bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and another independent bathroom. All rooms have marble floors and hot / cold air conditioning units. There are Smart Tv´s in the livingroom and master bedroom, so with your own login details you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon or any other app.

The spacious balcony faces south and overlooks the pool and sea. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast, sunbathing on the loungers or relax in the shade reading a book. Because the balcony is south facing, in winter there is also plenty of sun. Beneath the building is a parking garage with private parking for our guests. Also, everything is secure and there is a concierge service. Ideal for families, couples, snowbirds, friends.

The Javea golf course is 20 min away by car and right in front of the complex are tennis and paddle courts.
