Chalet on Percheron is a place to reconnect, recharge and restore. Designed with comfort in mind, the country chic interiors provide an inviting and welcoming space to just be.
Living in harmony with nature is a unique and intentional aspect of Chalet on Percheron. You can hear the symphony of nature at play, all day every day, the property is home to native kangaroos and an abundance of birdlife.
Perfectly positioned just 2 kilometres from the Margaret township, its convenient location makes it easy for you to explore all the region has to offer.
There is a purpose built well-being studio on the property offering a range of services with your host, Rebecca Hannan. These include Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation Experiences, Mindfulness Classes, Sound Massage, Wellbeing Coaching, and Nature Walks. We also offer Boho-styled picnic packages complete with games and a gourmet grazing board. For the more energetic guest, bike trails and walking trails will take you directly to the beach or into town.
Your hosts, Sunny and Rebecca Hannan, live in the adjoining house on the property. Your privacy is always respected to the utmost. While Sunny and Rebecca keep a very low profile, they are available should you require anything during your stay.

A nice a peaceful place, privacy and beautiful surroundings. A great way to discover Australia's wildlife and close to Margaret River town as well as the beach. Would recommend this cottage to anyone.

“The perfect weekend getaway”
I have just stayed at Chalet on Percheron this last weekend with a group of friends for a hen's weekend getaway and none of us wanted to come home! The location of this Chalet is perfect, still close to the town and the beach but just out of the town enough for peace and quiet and gorgeous views. Sunny and Bec are lovely, have good knowledge of the area and were understanding to our needs. The chalet itself is gorgeous, very comfortable beds, great amenties and the deck is the winner of the house, we spent a lot of time outside! They also have board games and sports equipment you can use which is great. I definitely recommend this chalet to others, it will be the easiest booking you will ever make!

“Fantastic home away from home”
Plenty of space for Mum and Dad and the four 'Tin Lids'. Lots of friendly, fury and feathered friends, who visit the large lawn area in the morning and early evening. Loved seeing the Kangaroos and Frog Mouth Owl, up close. A lovely start to the day, eyes opening to a beautiful sunrise. All the comforts of home and a great location, away although not too far from the hustle and bustle of Margaret River town. Toby, Sonja, Henry, Peter, Jack and Michael.

“Location Location Location... bush, beach and shops all at arms reach!”
My wife and I travelled with our 18 month and 3 year old boys. A very different trip to our previous non kid holidays in Margs! But just as much fun. The accommodation provides a perfect base to explore the surrounding area, from Augusta to Dunsborough. And at night a perfect place to relax and destress after a hard day tasting wine or just lounging at the Rivermouth... a perfect spot for the kids to swim or over the beach a surf if the conditions are right. Just 5 mins drive away. The accommodation was clean and had everything you could wish for... including kangeroos on the lawn every night, for those who never tire of watching our native friends and joeys. If you want upper end accommodation for your stay with a great location then this is it. Suits a family of 4 or 6 adults comfortably.
