Luxury Self Catering Accommodation located in Park Avenue Apartments right on the Main Street, Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland.. 2 bedroom fully equipped duplex apartment has 3 double beds so can easily sleep 6 people.

1 minute walk to the beach it's right across the road from the beach. The Oct is sitting right bang on the main street of Newcastle with all the action right on your door step. Children's play park and peddle boats is 1 minute walk. 40 minutes from Belfast. At the foot of the Mourne Mountains and close to Royal County Down golf course. Local activities include: Walking, golf, cycling, horse riding, swimming, sailing, sea angling, tennis, beaches - and the spectacular Mourne Mountains! The County Down region

“Impulsive Break”

Decided to take weeks holiday to walk and relax - this place proved to be excellent location from which to explore Mournes AND the town in evenings. Well used accommodation but clean and functional. Lovely view from panoramic balcony windows and bright morning light into bedrooms.

Response from the owner Hi Eamon Great to hear your loved your stay in my Apartment, unfortunately the developers didn't feel it necessary to add a lift into the apartment block due to it being only three levels high, but I agree it definitely burns off a few calories, However I also feel its worth it as all the duplex apartments are on the top floor with the amazing mountain views.
