Drive through Mijas Golf course and arrive at this peaceful destination with breathtaking mountain views, peace and tranquillity yet 10 minute drive to all amenities. Take a short drive to the local Spanish ventas there are endless places to choose from to suit all. An ideal base to explore the Costa Del Sol.

This spacious light and airy villa has an open plan lounge/dinner which opens onto a large shaded terrace for al fresco dining and a relaxed seating area next to the private pool and gardens. There are 3 good sized bedrooms all with A/C units. Main Bedroom has en-suite, a separate bathroom with bath and shower and a separate guest toilet. This Villa has Wi-Fi and UK plus sport Channels on a 57" Flat screen TV included in the price

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
