Located in a quite residential area
A visiting guest wrote: "Located in a quiet estate in Bedworth, close to Coventry, Alan's place is the perfect place to lodge for a family. Its a converted house with upstairs transformed to a self contained living space and separated from long term tenants downstairs. The place is quiet and in a very clean, safe and neat residential area with a scenic lake nearby with ducks and swans. The house itself has a kitchen, Two Bathrooms ideal for busy people or workers one with bath / shower the other a shower, a double bedroom at the front and 2 adjacent rooms at the back. There is plenty of storage space everywhere and easy access to a washing machine and tumble dryer in the out room. An undercover outside space allows smoking The place gets warm and cozy quickly. Alan is a great host, very well spoken, welcoming and keen to help. Would highly recommend this place and come again."
