We had a wonderfully restful vacation in this beautiful condo. The complex is quiet and well maintained, perfect for just hanging out.
Clean and comfortable. Not crowded-- not noisey--good landscaping. Pool refreshing. Easy drive to Kona. This is my third visit. Great!
It was a very nice condo and the management team was very responsive to any issues that came up during our stay.

Our daughter and her family stayed in this unit. It was is good shape and had plenty of amenities. Great to have a washer/dryer. Location was awesome. The Casa de Emdeko is well maintained. This unit was just off the beach and cabana so had great access to outside. Only real problem was the mustiness. Don't think the A/C pulled much moisture out so the towels were mildewed. My daughter had to wash them the first day. When I was there, seemed to have a definite odor throughout. Could use a top to bottom cleaning with bleach or something. But they really enjoyed the place and hope to go back.

We have stayed at Casa de Emdeko for many years and this was our first year staying in unit 136. We were very happy with our stay. The unit was very clean & well stocked with vacation supplies like beach towels, cooler bag, etc. The only 2 issues were the screen door was in need of replacement or repair, which is being adressed already through the property management company & the jets in the jetted tub in the main bath don't work, I think mainly because it is an old tub but it was still nice to soak in. We were very pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it!

We so enjoyed our stay at The Casa. Our condo was more then what we expected. Beautiful place and we will be returning.
We love Casa de Emdeko and unit 136 was perfectly situated close to the lanai and pools. We really appreciated access to the in unit washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and they had a fold up foam for our son to use. Only complaints include older stained bathrooms, but clean. Poorly stocked kitchen with no steak knives, poor selection of pots/frying pans/dishes to use and no vent system/fan over the stove. No beach chairs for guests to use, had to buy our own. Overall, we made do and really enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo/site to our friends and family.

“Excellent location, dirty apartment”
The location is really nice. It's just over the ocean, where you can sit outside in the open area and watch dolphins and whales pass by (usually mornings and evenings). Not too far from Kona "downtown", but too close either. The apartment itself had everything we needed (including some spices and things to cook). However it really really needed a deep cleaning. That was a big minus. All in all a good experience, I'd go there again (but probably I'll ask to clean the place first).
