Newer 4 bedroom 3 bath town home with private splash pool, lake view, just minutes to Disney

This beautiful affordable townhouse overlooks the lake and is a nice walk to the 9000 sqft club house which features 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, cyber room, concierge, exercise facility, lakefront gazebo, game room, pool tables, fishing pier and children's playground, literally steps away.

This great 4 bedroom (1 king, 1 double and 2 with 2 twins), 3 bathroom townhome is bright and comfortable. The open great room is flooded with light through the windows and sliding glass door which overlooks the paver patio and screen enclosed pool area.

On the first floor you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and an open dining (which seats 6) and living areas so you never left out of the family conversations. The first floor bedroom also offers the double sized bed with a wall mounted flat panel TV and shared bath.

Upstairs you will find three more colorful bedrooms, one Master with a king and private bath and two additional bedrooms (two twins in each, with flat panel TVs) which share a bath and the washer and dryer. A wall mounted flat panel TV is also included in the Master suite as is a ceiling fan.

This great home provides a very comfortable and relaxing retreat at the end of a busy day. A PS3 is also an amenity in this home that you will not find in other similar places.

You have the convenience of a beautiful fully screened private pool to cool off and relax by (pool heat recommended from October through March at $30/nt) for those times you don't feel like hanging out at the resort pools. Additionally, this home also includes free local telephone and free wireless internet, linens and bath towels are provided.

Matt and Dan - I have just completed my stay at 3081 Yellow Lantana Lane at the Encantada Resort after a stay of 33 days ( Feb. 22 to March 27 ) and we truly enjoyed each day of our stay. I thank you for the quick response to our air conditioning problem which occurred just after our arrival. Every thing else went well. We have been to the Encantada Resort the last 7 years and we really appreciated the location of this unit. The scenery was beautiful and we were just far enough away from the club house to give us privacy. The unit was clean and fresh and well furnished. We appreciated the king sized bed in the very large master bedroom. along with he well laid out adjoining bathroom. The newer washer and dryer got good use and the upstairs location was a plus compared to past down stair locations in other town houses. There was good patio furniture in the pool area which we did not have with other rentals. Maintenance and landscaping around the unit was better than other years. We would love to have this unit on our return next year. The special attention that you give to your clients does not go unnoticed and it is truly appreciated. Keep up the good work. We are so very pleased with our stay in this beautiful townhome in Encantada!! It is very close to great restaurants and stores, and within a very short drive to the Disney Parks. The townhome is very clean and nicely decorated. The smaller pool was great for the little ones, being that it is not too deep. All in all a great stay!! Kerry G.

We arrived late on our check-in day. The place was very easy to find. When we came inside, it is very clean and roomy plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. I will definitely be back here next year. The only thing I suggest is bring some xtra toilet paper, they only supply what is on the roll. Although you can get some from the club house. Overall this is a great place, beautiful lake view, better than a hotel. Crystal M.
