Awesome, professionally upgraded 3 bed 2 bath town home 1.5 miles to Disney, Super Wal Mart within walking distance to Oakwater!

Oakwater Resort is a conveniently located, affordably priced gated community that is just 1.5 miles to the gates of Disney. The clubhouse features a lagoon-style pool (heated in the winter months), children's play area, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a 4,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center.

This newly and professionally renovated vacation home has 1,417 sq. ft. of living area with ceiling fan and includes a game room!. The home has new tile floors, accent painted walls, new bedding and kitchen. You will really enjoy the Master Suite with queen size bed, wall mounted flat panel TV, ceiling fan and a private bathroom. You can also access the screened lanai through your own private sliding glass door and enjoy morning coffee while looking at the lake. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a wall mounted flat panel TV that will sleep 2 and the third colorfully decorated bedroom has two twin beds, also with a wall mounted flat panel TV. This great home also has a sofa sleeper in the living room which makes this property available to sleep up to 8 people.

The newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and breakfast area with 3 bar stools. There is a new formal dining area, and a nicely appointed living area with a new 50", wall mounted, flat panel TV, and DVD player and Free high speed wireless internet and free local and long distance in North America and Mexico! This great home also has a new washer and dryer. You will also enjoy a game room which offers air hockey, darts and a basket ball game along with a card table and chairs.

For added safety for little ones, two removable safety gates are available in the home to restrict access to the front and back stairs.

After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered Lanai which overlooks a soothing pond where you will be able to watch birds native to the area come to the water to feed and drink.

Oakwater Resort in Orlando is conveniently located near Mystic Dunes Golf Club and is a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, Restaurants and Shopping.

We read all the horror stories after we had booked and were scared at first until we got to our townhouse at 2809 Oakwater. We were beyond pleased! We had 4 flatscreen TV's (at least a 50 inch in the living room and 32 inch in the bedrooms), granite counter-tops, leather furniture, crown molding, new flooring, updated light fixtures, beautiful color scheme throughout and nice comfortable mattresses which were really appreciated after a day at the parks. We were literally just minutes from the Disney turn-off so getting to and from the parks was simple. In the evenings, our kids enjoyed the gamesroom in the garage while we enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the screened deck looking out at the pond. The pool was large and warm. I did see security there checking with the visitors to see what unit they were staying at. We met with 1 couple who also had 2 kids and they were staying in the unit across from us. We saw their place and could not believe the difference; it was disgusting! Dirty, run-down, out-dated...gross! They were really upset after we showed them our place especially since the price we paid was not much different than theirs, a few dollars more. The key is to rent from a reputable source.

Thank you for renovating and decorating your vacation home for others to share the enjoyment. We left there this morning after nine days. Our son and his wife and son joined us for 4 days and also enjoyed its proximity to Disney World. We appreciated all your thoughtful additions. (Maybe I even added some since I left in error our washing powders, etc., along with my 3 night lights - oh, well). Our best wishes, Jacqueline G.

We just arrived home from our trip to Orlando. Our vacation home was absolutely amazing! My family and I all had a great time! Great location, close to all of the attractions we visited, close to restaurants and shopping. The clubhouse is awesome....we spent several nights out at the pool and hot tub. “Awesome location!”

The condo looks exactly like the picture, so no worries there. Spacious, clean and comfortable. There were several small broken things. We called maintenance for the dryer which had to run for 4 cycles to dry towels. They left a note that it was a condo association problem and they would have to fix it. While they were there, they could have fixed the things we reported broken, but they did not. But I do not want to sound too negative. Overall, great stay, quiet community, close to WDW...would definitely recommend and would stay again.
